Wig Collections

All sales are final, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges as all our collection of wigs are either custom made or customised and styled to each individuals specific requirements.

You must ensure you select your correct head measurements as you will incur an extra charge to have it remade if returned due to inaccurate head measurements provided.

The Stylish Collection and Ready to Ship wigs are medium sized, please do not purchase if your circumference measurements are smaller or larger than the measurements advertised in descriptions as you will not be refunded due to the wig not fitting.

However we are happy to rectify any faults made by us such as wrong length or over plucking etc, in this case shipping fees will be covered by us.

 

Hair Extensions & Essentials

We don't offer any refunds however if you are unhappy with your hair extensions, we offer a 7 day exchange policy. Hair must be sent back in its original state and not tampered with in order to be sold on. Please allow up to 10 workings days to receive your exchange. We are not liable for any shipping fees.
